According to reports from April 11, 2026, the incident took place on Friday night, April 10, at a restaurant on the first floor of the Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo in Shinjuku Ward. Police said a man in his 50s and a woman in her 40s were injured after being stabbed by a female acquaintance.
